- 2%- You find the buyer and there is no other Broker involved. Listing Broker will write the contract and process it through closing for you. Total compensation is 2% (minimum of $1000)
- 3% - Your property sells to a buyer represented by another Broker. Our compensation is 3%. You decide if or how much you would like to offer in compensation to the Broker representing the buyer
- 0% - You find the buyer and there is no other agent involved. You don’t want our assistance. You pay nothing.
